The Fall Asleep did really help me fall asleep quickly, however I woke up a few times in the middle of the night. It also took a really long time for the tablet to dissolve under my tongue. The Stay Asleep was amazing and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! I sleep well through the night and feel like it is a very deep, restful sleep
